What We Do

Favelas

Needs Assessment

We began by conducting a comprehensive needs assessment in areas of Mexico affected by light poverty. This involves on-the-ground research and engagement with local communities to understand their specific challenges and requirements. This approach ensures that the solutions we provide are tailored to the needs of the people we aim to help.

Partnerships

Collaboration with local organizations is a cornerstone of our  project. We partner with organizations like Amor Ministries to facilitate the distribution and installation of the solar-powered lighting units. These partnerships not only help with the logistics but also ensure that the solutions reach the communities in need effectively.

Fundraising

To provide the light kits for free, we engage in fundraising efforts. These efforts aim to subsidize the cost of the solar-powered lighting units. By seeking financial support from individuals, organizations, and potentially through crowdfunding, we will keep providing the products to those with limited financial resources.

Expansion Plans

Our project doesn't stop at addressing the issue in Baja California. Instead, we have a broader vision of extending our efforts beyond the initial area of focus. We plan to distribute solar-powered lighting units to other parts of Mexico, reaching even more families in need.
